  • skaal built its own social media content pipeline instead of stitching together spreadsheets and approval threads

Before Cadence, Skaal's own social media planning ran across a mix of spreadsheets, shared drives, and manual approval threads — the same fragmented setup common at small and mid-sized companies. Skaal built Cadence, a Vibe Coding product covering calendar planning, AI-assisted copy generation, media library management, and multi-step approval workflows in one system. Cadence now runs Skaal's own content operations, with role-based access control and invitation-based authentication built in from the start.

  • skaal replaced its own expense-reporting subscription with an owned tool

Skaal ran its internal operations on a recurring, seat-limited expense-reporting subscription for years, paying monthly for a small fraction of what the platform offered. In 2026, Skaal built Skaal Expenses System (SES) using its own Vibe Coding process — a full multi-tenant expense platform with an append-only audit trail, automated policy and duplicate detection, and a decoupled receipt-capture workflow. SES now runs Skaal's own expense reporting in production, replacing the subscription entirely. The tool is owned outright, with no seat limits and no recurring license fee.

  • storyteller: consolidating five companies into one digital foundation

Storyteller, an adventure vehicle manufacturer, had grown by acquisition — five separate companies folded into one organization, each arriving with its own website, its own brand voice, and its own disconnected systems. From the outside, Storyteller looked like six different businesses that happened to share a name, not one company. Skaal was brought on to support Storyteller's website and lead the brand consolidation across all five acquired companies — unifying separate sites, separate systems, and separate brand identities into a single, coherent digital presence under one Storyteller brand. In eight months, five previously disconnected companies were consolidated into one unified digital foundation — one brand, one coherent web presence, instead of six fragmented ones.
